What’s more, Chinese students also showed a great interest in Japanese culture and had a comprehensive understanding on Japanese history by visiting the National Science Museum and some other historical and cultural symbols of Tokyo.
In the joint workshop of TokyoTech and WUT, Chinese and Japanese students presented their research resultss and discussed enthusiastically. After workshop, in the Japanese style party, the participating students of both sides prepared poster, so they can continue discuss their results over beer during the party. They played Ping-Pong together after the party, close friendship has been established between the Chinese and Japanese young students.
Through the Sakura Exchange Program in Science, Chinese students gradually understood the scientific research and culture in Japan. The young scientists from WUT and TokyoTech communicated and learned each other in scientific research and culture. This would be the starting point of their friendship and the foundation of their further collaboration in the near future.
